In 2004 we started a small hotel in the most beautiful region of Slovakia. As there was a lot of interest in our product, we have expanded a bit every year. Last year we added extra rooms, a conference room, wellness center and indoor pool. We have a warm, personal product where both foreign and local clients feel at home. Growing costs money and banks are now less willing so we seek a co-investor. Someone who is willing to make a financial injection, who is interested to grow with us.
