The rural b&b was built in 2015 and has an exceptionally high reputation with good reviews and as one of the best in the area. Located in the Valley of El Cimbre on the border of the Murcia & Andalucia province. Approximately 55 minutes from the beaches. 75 km from Murcia and 150 km from Almeria. Due to its location could also be perfect for yoga or mindfulness.
The BB has 4 guest bedrooms decorated to a high standard, all fully furnished and with en-suite bathrooms, TV, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans and air conditioning. Each room has a safety deposit box, a furnished terrace with a beautiful view and the swimming pool is at your doorstep.
There is a large terrace around the 10 x 5 m salt water swimming pool with a beautiful view of the almond fields and mountains around. Around the house the view is different everywhere and the silence and tranquility are particularly appreciated. There are many hiking trails in the area.
Large lounge-living-dining room-kitchen with air conditioning and wood burning stove. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator/stove/electric oven/microwave and more. Adjoining office, toilet and pantry/storage room. Good Wi-Fi is available.
Adjacent to the living room is the separate living area for the owners + owners private bedroom with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and its own en-suite bathroom. The living-dining room has been converted into another spare bedroom with en-suite bathroom, but can also be used as a private room by the owners. There are 2 more storage rooms at the rear of the house. One is for the batteries and boiler etc. and there is a workshop/storage area.
The building has a covered outdoor kitchen with Green Egg on the side of the building. Large landscaped gravelled parking area.
Gas central heating (2000 liter tank), is used for cooking and only if necessary for heating.
Solar hot water with 200 liter tank. Water can also be heated on gas if necessary.
Electricity is powered by a powerful solar system of 44 solar panels providing 11.5 kw with 24 batteries. There is also a generator.
Water is supplied from a fully legal and registered source 10,000 liter water tank and there is a water softener.
Septic tank and tank for ’grey water’, which is used after filtering to irrigate the garden.
