A good and functioning B&B offered in the Jalon Valley. It is located in the center of the very beautiful and lively village of Benichembla, known for its murals and popular with walkers and cyclists, for exploring this beautiful mountain landscape. Beaches can be found 25 km away.

The B&B has been improved and modernized over the past 4 years and is built on three levels.

Ground floor has an entrance with a public area for guests to make breakfast, a lounge area for guests with a wood-burning fireplace, a large kitchen and a patio where in summer it is a pleasure to serve breakfast or just to sit and relax.

The internal staircase leads to the first floor where you have two guest bedrooms, 2 en-suite shower rooms and a further large room with en-suite bathroom, currently used by the owners, this could be incorporated into a another guest room or as a living room.

Going up the second staircase you have access to a further 3 rooms on the second floor, each with its own bathroom with shower and two of them with a terrace and mountain views. That floor also has a single room with an en suite bathroom, currently used as a private space.

Part of the roof will be equipped with warm/cold insulation in 2022. The house has a 300l water tank with solar panels for hot water and a gas heater, 11 solar panels have been installed for personal use – January/February 2023.

The house is sold with all furniture and items necessary for running the business. The company can be tracked on the same day of the signing before the notary of the purchase / sale
