Dear prospective buyer,
after many wonderful years in South Africa, I have decided to sell all my properties that are in the White River Golf and Country Club, which is one of the 10 safest in South Africa. It is located near White River in the state of Mpumalanga (called the raising sun). Residents on the Estate are from all over the world.
There are many attractions to visit. Best known of them is Kruger National Park which is not far away where impressive wildlife can be seen in all seasons of the year. Golfers love the 18hole course that meets PGA Standards and has its challenges.
I wonder who the next owner will be. Maybe you are interested yourself or you know someone who could be interested or knows someone who would be.
Let me begin with Schneider’s Boutique Hotel. What value will it have for its new owner?
There are three options:
The hotel is in full operation and run by an experienced manager for many years.
The entire staff is experienced and with the hotel since 2008, which is unique.
This would mean permanent income by little management effort.
Let me present Schneider’s Five- Star Boutique Hotel first:
Being twice awarded as the best Five-Star Hotel in the state of Mpumalanga by the South African Tourism Grading, the hotel has a high reputation at is guests which are coming from all continents of the world. They are from Norway in the North or down under Australia in the South, form the Americas in the West and Asia in the East. Not to forget the guests form South Africa and Mozambique who we welcome year around. Many of them are coming back frequently to enjoy the hotel and the outstanding service by well trained staff. Since I have continued to keep all employees during difficult CORONA times, their loyalty is very high. Guests are playing Golf, visit Kruger Park or a combination of both. There are even some who do nothing but relax.
There is a second lot coming with the hotel which is used currently as its garden. There is a permission to build on. This can be either a guest house to the hotel or a bungalow for the new owner. Even a three-store building is permitted. (Zoning certificate on request) While the next airport is only 15 Minute drive away, there is the allowance that guests can arrive with a helicopter and land on the Country Estate next to the rugby field.
